Tenant Services Coordinator - Brookhaven

Provide and coordinate daily operation of office. Responsible for composing routine correspondence, coordinating meetings, managing work order system, invoice coding and maintaining records, preparing vendor contracts, and assist in various administrative functions; such as, preparing and mailing documents, distributing packages and updating tenant information and lease files. Perform other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the job.

Property Administrator - Atlanta

Responsible for administration of all tenant leases and assisting accounting with collecting tenant receivables. Responsible for completing and maintaining property records, preparing routine reports, tracking and processing accounting data, assisting with special projects, processing work orders, and assist Property Manager with duties as necessary.

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an entry-level Analyst for its Atlanta office who wishes to pursue a career in real estate.  Candidates should have strong quantitative and qualitative abilities, computer proficiency, excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal skills and time management ability.  Responsibilities include financial analysis and underwriting; assisting in preparation of research and marketing materials and new business presentations; gathering and evaluating real estate market data; due diligence collection and review; providing general analytical support to the deal team.

Senior Property Manager - Atlanta (Midtown)

The Senior Property Manager’s primary purpose is to maximize the client’s long-term profitability by optimizing the occupancy and expenses of the assets in the portfolio.

Responsible for the complete servicing and management of assets and directing and leading a team who is associated with those assets. This role has budget, business development, and strategic responsibilities for assets in Atlanta (Midtown), Georgia.
