Senior Mobile Maintenance Technician- Atlanta

The Senior Mobile Maintenance Technician assists with the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and operation of multiple building related systems. Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance tasks for a portfolio of buildings, administration of work order system, technical staff supervision and training. This position is a roving position and works closely with other mobile technicians, the Property Manager, Chief Engineer or Director of Engineering. This position requires an individual with a high level of initiative and strong leadership capabilities.
