Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures Major Lease Renewal at Cumberland Galleria Office Building
Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced that Bank of the Ozarks has renewed its lease at 3333 Riverwood Parkway, totaling 28,709 square feet. Michael Howell and Matt Davis of Lincoln lead leasing at the property on behalf of the owner, Colony NorthStar. Paul Hanna of JLL represented the tenant.
3333 Riverwood Parkway is a 106,000-square-foot, five-story, Class A office building located near SunTrust Park, the Battery and the recently renovated Cumberland Mall. 3333 Riverwood Parkway offers excellent access to I-75, I-285 and other nearby amenities including hotels, health clubs, restaurants and movie theaters. The building also offers ample covered parking.
Last September, ownership announced extensive, multi-million dollar renovations at the property to include major upgrades to the main lobby, common corridors, elevator cabs and restrooms, as well as new wayfinding signage in the parking deck. The building also offers prominent top of building signage for an anchor tenant.
