Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced plans to construct four premium move-in ready speculative office suites at Deerfield Point, a two-building, Class A office development located in the heart of Alpharetta, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and George Gwaltney handle leasing of the property on behalf of the owner, TerraCap Management LLC.
The four spec suites will range from 2,404 to 4,743 square feet. TerraCap invested over $40 per square foot in each suite to construct high-end spaces well differentiated from the competiton.
