Senior Vice Presidents Steven J. Medwin, SIOR, CCIM, and Harry E. Wardell, SIOR, along with Vice President Nick Wigoda, previously represented this landlord in a lease of 27,580 square feet in the same building in July, 2009. The 48,580 square foot building is now 100% leased. The combined value of the two leases is in excess of $2 million.
