Of the 90,000sf of leasing completed this year, two new deals of over 22,000sf were completed within the last 45 days. Two of Lincoln’s brokers, David Danhof and Leigh Braswell, are Colony’s representatives for all Atlanta office transactions, and Lincoln is also the property management company for Colony’s Atlanta 700,000 square foot office portfolio.
