Leigh Braswell is Assistant Vice President of Office Leasing in Atlanta, Georgia. She oversees the leasing and marketing for all office properties, located in several submarkets of Atlanta; Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, Northwest, and Central Perimeter Atlanta, totaling over 1.5 million square feet. Leigh is responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with tenants and brokers and oversees all marketing and public relation campaigns for her properties. She is also responsible for the implementation of all marketing budgets, leasing updates, strategic plans as well as the preparation and negotiation of lease documents.
During her career, she has represented many of commercial real estates' respected owners including TIAA-CREF, Colony Realty Partners, TransInvest, The Carlyle Group, Illinois State Teachers, Parmenter Realty Partners, Day Capital Partners, and Magellan Properties. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Leigh was a Commercial Loan officer at SouthTrust Bank (now Wachovia) where she developed and managed a Commercial Loan Portfolio of over $25 million with a focus on Commercial Real Estate.
Leigh is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Young Council of Realtors (YCR), the Midtown Alliance and the Central Atlanta Progress. She also holds a Georgia Real Estate License. Leigh has been a member of both the NAIOP Million Dollar Club and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club since 2005. In addition, she actively serves in the Buckhead Church where she is a High School Youth Group Leader. Leigh and her husband, Patrick, live in Buckhead.
