Adriana Fader is the Director of Marketing at the Atlanta, Georgia office of Lincoln Property Company. She is responsible for the marketing efforts of over 70 properties statewide.
This includes producing marketing materials for the leasing of 8+ million square feet of office and industrial spaces, and materials for the property management of 12+ million square feet. During her time at LPC, Adriana has implemented a marketing plan with innovative programs, that have increased leads and helped acquire new business. Her duties also include creating property-based marketing budgets, event planning, presentations, collateral materials, and other corporate marketing tasks as required.
Previously, Adriana served as a Marketing Project Manager at Stoneridge Group, a political advertising agency based in Alpharetta, Georgia that specializes in print, digital, and social media advertising. At Stoneridge Group, she coordinated the advertising efforts for the gubernatorial election campaigns of South Carolina’s Nikki Haley, Alabama’s Robert Bentley, and Georgia Governor Nathan Deal’s re-election. She also worked on campaigns for Senators Johnny Isakson (GA), Marco Rubio (FL), and Rand Paul (KY), Congressmen Andy Barr (KY), Lynn Westmoreland (GA), and Mark Meadows (NC).
Before moving to Georgia, Adriana was employed as a Marketing Specialist for Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, the largest residential real estate company in Northeast Florida, with over 400 agents and more than $150 million in property transactions every year. At CBV, Adriana designed collateral materials for agents, including business cards, property flyers and brochures. She pioneered and managed all social media efforts for the company and individual agents, and increased lead generation with a direct mail program that reached over 100,000 homes per month. She also organized and ran tradeshows, winning first place for creativity and interactivity at the 2012 Northeast Florida Realtor Trade Show.
Adriana received her B.S. in Communication from the University of North Florida, after spending a semester studying abroad in Alicante, Spain. Before graduating, she began her career as an intern at the Florida Times-Union, a major daily newspaper in Jacksonville, Florida and the oldest in the state. There she designed the daily Lifestyle section as well as contributed articles for all sections of the paper.
