Community & Southern Bank continues to grow and recently expanded by 5,527 square feet. This brings its leased space to more than 22,000 square feet. Charles Schwab also just renewed its lease in the building for 4,000 square feet.
David Danhof and Leigh Braswell from LPC Southeast handle leasing for the five-story class A office building. There are only two more vacancies left in the building for 7,362 square feet and 4,472 square feet. The building has an unbeatable location with easy access to I-75, I-285 and the Kennedy Interchange.
