Amdocs, Inc. Signs 36,891-Square-Foot Lease Renewal and Expansion in Alpharetta, Georgia

Amdocs, Inc. has signed a 1,901-square-foot lease expansion at 600 Northwinds, a Class A office building located in Alpharetta, Georgia. In conjunction with the expansion, Amdocs, Inc. has also renewed its existing 34,990-square-foot lease, and now occupies 36,891 square feet at the building.

Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln Property Company Southeast represented the landlord, Equity Office, in the transaction. Pete Shelton of Colliers International represented the tenant.
