With its open atrium and distinctive building design, Southpoint Executive Center’s image is exactly what Southeast Professional Title was looking for in a new home. The commercial real estate closing services company recently signed a lease for a 6,087-square-foot space in the Class A building.
Southeast Professional Title plans to relocate from its current location in Winter Park next March. Lincoln’s Jay Dixon and Scott Gregory represented the building owner, New Boston Fund, Inc. Todd Davis with Colliers International represented the tenant.
This is the second lease Lincoln has inked at 151 Southhall Lane in the last few months. In June, Alfano Law Offices signed a lease for a 3,219-square-foot space in the building.
“Lincoln is excited to work with the building’s owner, New Boston Fund, Inc.,” said Dixon. “The company purchased the building last year and we look forward to continuing our relationship.”
