Austin Stahley of Lincoln Property Company Southeast Brokers Florida Leases Totaling Over 50,000 Square Feet

B2-2-180x180Austin Stahley, director of leasing in Lincoln Property Company Southeast’s (Lincoln) Orlando office, has brokered commercial leases in Florida totaling 51,101 square feet over the summer and spring. He represented the landlord in all of the transactions.

In August, he brokered three office leases at Baldwin Park II in Orlando, transactions that bring the property’s occupancy rate to 100 percent: Orlando Family Law’s new 2,203-square-foot lease, Century Homes’ renewal of its 1,593-square-foot lease, and H.B.G. Management Corporation’s renewal of its 1,369-square-foot lease at Baldwin Park II in Orlando. He also closed MOCE Technologies’ new 3,272-square-foot office lease at One Eleven in downtown Orlando.

Details of the other transactions Stahley has brokered in recent months are as follows:

• Findsome & Winmore signed a renewal of its 3,078-square-foot office lease at Baldwin Park II.

• Hancock Bank signed a renewal of its 5,251-square-foot office lease at Monroe Park Tower in Tallahassee.

• Gentiva Health signed a renewal of its 6,569-square-foot office lease at Baldwin Park II.

• Lastertainment signed a new lease for 3,337 square feet of flex space at SunTech Commerce Park in Lake Mary.

• Cutco signed a new lease for 1,296 square feet of office space at Magnolia Centre in Tallahassee.

• Interlock Systems of Florida renewed its 2,300-square-foot lease of flex space at Airport Business Center.

• Centra Care renewed is 3,996-square-foot lease of office space at Airport Business Center.

• Extreme Youth Sports signed a new lease for 4,861 square feet of flex space at SunTech Commerce Park.

• RFID Hotel signed a new lease for 2,700 square feet of flex space at SunTech Commerce Park.

• Sunshine Fitness Management signed a new lease for 4,890 square feet of office space at Baldwin Park II.

• Corporate Synergies Group signed a new lease for 4,386 square feet of office space at One Eleven.
