CityBiz: Lincoln Property Company Southeast Inks New Deal at Office Building in Central Perimeter

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has secured a 7,865-square-foot lease at Centrum at Glenridge in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter.  Lincoln’s Hunter Henritze, Caroline Fisher and Robert DeGolian represented the landlord in the transaction.

Colony Bank signed the five-year lease at Centrum, represented by Dan DeCraene of Advance Realty Service, Inc. Headquartered in Fitzgerald, Georgia, Colony Bank was founded in 1975 and has 29 locations across the state, including multiple branches in Metro Atlanta. It offers services such as personal and business banking, mortgage solutions and insurance.
