CityBiz: Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures New Tenant at 3072 Early Street

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a new 7-year lease with Embark Behavioral Health at 3072 Early Street, a loft-style office complex situated in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. Lincoln Senior Vice President Hunter Henritze, Vice President Caroline Fisher and Leasing Associate Robert deGolian represented the landlord.

Embark, a mental health clinic offering a network of treatment and therapy programs for teens and young adults, signed a 8,352-square-foot lease at the center. Craig Goldberg with CBRE represented the tenant. Embark currently has locations in Alpharetta and Dahlonega and will establish its first location within Atlanta with its new full-building lease at Early Street.
