Connect CRE: LPC Arranges Sale of 15-Acre Office Property in Peachtree Corners

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (LPC) has brokered the sale of 2975 Northwoods Parkway, an 86,000-square-foot office property located within the Northwoods Business Park in Norcross. The sales price of the 15-acre property was not disclosed.

The property is currently occupied by technology solutions provider Diversified on a seven-year lease term, with an option for renewal. LPC’s Chip Sipple and Jeff Henson represented the seller in the transaction.

The building is currently occupied by Diversified for a new seven-year lease term, with option for renewal.
