18 May 2018

Crestlight Capital and Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announced plans for the dramatic transformation of 730 Midtown, repositioning the 11-story, Class A creative office building as Circa 730. Lincoln handles leasing for the building, led by Senior Vice President Michael Howell, Senior Vice President Hunter Henritze and Senior Leasing Associate Caroline Cole. Lincoln also handles property management and construction management for the building.

Located in Midtown Atlanta’s “Techtangle,” the hustling innovation hub near Georgia Tech stretching from North Avenue to 10th Street, Circa 730 provides workplace opportunities ranging from 1,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet. A nearly $6 million renovation to the building will include extensive updates to the lobby, corridors and restrooms, in addition to 20,000 square feet of innovative spec suites. Leasing is currently underway for these creative office opportunities and spec suites, which range from 1,800 square feet up to 7,600 square feet.

“This repositioning is thoughtfully designed to redefine and reinvigorate this community, which revolves around the life and workstyles of Atlanta’s tech-minded and entrepreneur-spirited,” said Lincoln’s Howell. “Circa 730 is meant to embody the energy and drive of this city’s dynamic startup community, while providing the modern amenities and work-life balance employers and employees have come to expect.”

Upgrades to the building will include an inviting patio and bar-restaurant offering, a third-floor social hub, sculptural suspension swings on the Circa 730 porch, an interactive light-art installation and the city’s first interactive Pixel wall. Other on-site amenities include bike valet, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, an automated Grab n’ Go, and a conference room with ClickShare technology.

Situated within walking distance of the North Avenue and Midtown MARTA stations, Circa 730 is a short distance from many of Atlanta’s most popular attractions and landmarks, including The Fox Theatre and Georgia Tech’s Technology Square. Over 30 bars and restaurants, nine hotels and 10,360 residential units are within a one-mile walk of the building. The building also offers easy access to interstates 75 and 85.

“Midtown is one of Atlanta’s fastest growing areas, surrounded by some of the city’s most prominent neighborhoods and most popular landmarks – making it a hot spot for companies seeking modern office space in the heart of the city,” said Lincoln’s Henritze. “With these exciting renovations underway, we are confident that current and future tenants will continue to be drawn to this outstanding facility.”
