Events at LPC Atlanta Properties in January 2017

Lincoln Property Company had several events throughout our Atlanta-area properties in January 2017.

 

Huntcrest 1

The Lawrenceville property held a blood drive with the American Red Cross on January 10. Lincoln collected 12 pints of blood from tenants.

 

The Forum at West Paces

The Forum has been a beehive of activity. First, Lincoln was recently awarded the property management assignment for the 220,000-square-foot, Class A office building located in Atlanta’s prestigious Buckhead submarket. Additionally, The Forum team recently submitted a nomination for the prestigious TOBY Earth award, which is sponsored by the Building Owners and Managers Association.

 

2016 Management Conference

The two-day conference was held recently at Lake Lanier and was organized to equip LPC management teams with the proper tools to effectively manage properties, share time-saving methods and fun interaction.

 

Holiday Party

LPC Southeast kicked off the holiday season with its 2nd Annual Holiday Party on December 15 at Torched Hop in Midtown. Employees enjoyed an afternoon of holiday fun, food, beverage and prizes including the annual Lincoln Lottery, Corn Toss Race, Giant Jenga and more.
