Joseph Rossi Spotlighted in Orlando Business Journal

“The thrill of the deal” is what keeps Joseph Rossi coming to work everyday according to the Orlando Business Journal’s executive spotlight on Friday. Rossi, senior vice president of investment services at Lincoln Property Company, describes himself as a “deal junkie.”

Rossi joined Lincoln in March and is in charge of marketing and selling office and industrial investment properties throughout Florida. Before Lincoln, Rossi held a similar position at Grubb & Ellis. He won the Rookie of the Year Award after his first year with the company in 2005 and the company’s top producer in 2006. He was a three-time winner of the Investment Broker of the Year in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and Largest Transaction of the Year winner in 2010 from Naiop Orlando.
