The renovation of Lenox Plaza, the nine-story, 100,000-square-foot office tower in Buckhead, is virtually complete.

The project has greatly enhanced the Peachtree Road building’s street appeal, modernized the appearance of its interior and improved visitor access to the tower.

Lincoln Property Company markets and leases space in Lenox Plaza on behalf of a foreign ownership group.

On the building’s exterior, the old porte-cochere was replaced with a smaller, sleeker awning, and eye-catching new signage has been installed for the building’s two retailers fronting Peachtree Road.  The new pavers and front driveway sequence with visitor parking located at the front door, will provide an easier more convenient entry to the building.

Inside, the tower’s main lobby and restrooms were updated with new finishes as well as a new entry vestibule.  The passenger elevators were modernized to increase operational efficiency and performance.  Finishes were updated in the elevators as well to further enhance passenger comfort.

Lenox Plaza’s owners also built a new private road that allows tenants and visitors to access the property from Stratford Road and connect to the traffic light at the intersection of Peachtree and Stratford roads, providing a safer and more convenient way to enter and exit the building.

Prior to the construction of the new road, the only way to enter and exit was through a narrow driveway that led directly into a section of Peachtree Road known for heavy traffic during business hours.
