Earlier this week, Lincoln hosted an event at Corporate Park I & II in Orlando to greet tenants and explain the planned building renovations starting in mid-September. The breakfast event was catered by Puff ‘n Stuff and guests enjoyed grabbing a bite to eat and milling around the lobby to check out the easels showcasing the upcoming renovations. The updates will include a new automated touch screen directory, upgraded lobby finishes, modern artwork, lobby furniture, new interior plantscapes, new restroom finishes, improved exterior monument sign for enhanced tenant name visibility, automated web-based work order system and upgraded HVAC building automation system.
Lincoln is the leasing and management company for Corporate Park I and II located at 3660-3670 Maguire Blvd., adjacent to the Fashion Square Mall at the entrance of Baldwin Park.
Joel Roycik and Ed Price from Lincoln’s property management team along with Scott Gregory, Jay Dixon and Joe Rossi from Lincoln’s leasing/sales brokerage team were on hand to chat with tenants.
“We thought it was important for tenants to have an opportunity to ask questions and see all the exciting changes we are making in the next couple months,” said Gregory. “We landed this assignment two months ago, so it was also nice to reintroduce ourselves to the tenants.”
