Lincoln Appointed Receiver for 245 Perimeter Center

Last week, Lincoln Southeast, LLC, a subsidiary of Lincoln Property Company, was appointed receiver for 245 Perimeter Center.  The approximately 250,000-square-foot building is currently vacant and the lender has scheduled plans to foreclose on the property in the first week of November.

Located in the Central Perimeter submarket, the landmark office building was formerly home to Compucredit and GTE Wireless.
