Lincoln Appointed Receiver for Industrial Property in Commerce Ga.

On Friday, Lincoln Southeast, LLC (a subsidiary of Lincoln Property Company) was named as court appointed receiver for 255 Homer Street, an 80,000-square-foot warehouse in Commerce, Ga. In addition to its role as receiver, Lincoln will engage its management, leasing and sales teams to prepare the property for immediate sale. Denton Shamburger, a Vice President with Lincoln, will lead the sales effort.

The property was the former home to a clothing manufacturer and sits strategically on 14 acres in downtown Commerce, just three miles from Interstate 85.

“This appointment continues to grow our resume in providing recovery, management and disposition services to lenders and special servicers,” said Tony Bartlett, Senior Vice President with Lincoln Property Company.
