Lincoln Brokers Conklin Metal Industries’ 22,500-Square-Foot Lease in Norcross, Georgia

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered Conklin Metal Industries’ new 22,500-square-foot lease at 200 Piedmont Court in Doraville, Georgia, located in the Northeast submarket of metro Atlanta. Denton Shamburger, vice president of industrial leasing for Lincoln, represented the tenant in the transaction. Prologis owns the building, and the firm’s Ryan Hoyt represented the landlord in the deal.

“The city’s economy is firmly on the rebound, and we look forward to working with industrial tenants to accommodate their growing space needs,” Shamburger said.
