Lincoln Brokers Lease Renewals Totaling 30,000 Square Feet at Eleven Seventeen Perimeter in Atlanta
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered office lease renewals totaling 30,048 square feet at Eleven Seventeen Perimeter, a Class A office building in the Central Perimeter submarket of metro Atlanta. Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell, vice presidents of office leasing for Lincoln, represented the landlord in the transactions.
The details of the leases are as follows:
• Troy University signed a renewal for 13,291 square feet. Kathleen Burke of Cresa Atlanta represented the tenant.
• Visionaire Partners, an IT staffing firm, signed a renewal for 6,273 square feet. Pete Shelton of Colliers International represented the company.
• Care Solutions, a management consulting firm, signed a renewal for 5,681 square feet. Ryan Cone of Cone Middour Partners represented the tenant.
• CURE Childhood Cancer, a nonprofit research foundation dedicated to finding cures for childhood cancer, expanded its space to 4,803 square and extended its lease at the building. Greg Kindred of Richard Bowers & Co. represented the company.
“The location and asset quality of Eleven Seventeen, coupled with the overall momentum of the Central Perimeter submarket, have aided our ability to both retain existing tenants and attract new ones to the building,” Howell said.
Eleven Seventeen Perimeter is LEED-certified office building near the Sandy Springs MARTA station, Georgia 400 and Interstate 285. The five-story building features free covered and surface parking, an onsite café and courtyard, a fitness center, and a renovated conference facility.
