Lincoln Brokers Leases Totaling Nearly 72,000 Square Feet at Westridge Logistics Center

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered industrial leases totaling nearly 72,000 square feet at Westridge Logistics Center in the South Atlanta submarket of McDonough, Georgia. Denton Shamburger, vice president of industrial leasing at Lincoln, represented the landlord in the transactions.

The details of the transactions are as follows:

• Thom Sawyer Logistics Solutions signed a new lease for 26,286 square feet. Rusty Epperson at Wilson, Hull & Neal Real Estate represented the tenant.

• Legacy Commissary Services signed a new lease for 15,172 square feet. Bob Robers with Transwestern represented the tenant.

• A third new deal, totaling 30,343 square feet, was signed.

The two-building Westridge Logistics Center totals 324,112 square feet.
