Lincoln Brokers Seven Office and Industrial Leases Totaling Nearly 25,000 Square Feet in Central Florida
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered seven office and industrial leases totaling nearly 25,000 square feet in central Florida. Sean DuPree, director of sales and leasing at Lincoln, represented the landlords in the transactions.
Details of the lease transactions are below:
• Four leases were signed at Airport Business Center, an office/warehouse building at 5730-5892 S. Semoran Blvd. in Orlando. DuPree and Max Jacobs represented Garrison Investment Group, the landlord. 3E Consultants signed a 6,646-square-foot lease. Brett Barontini with Acquisition Consultants represented the tenant in the transaction.
Additionally, Power and System Innovations signed a 2,825-square-foot lease, Alternative Directions signed a 3,950-square-foot lease and Alcolock signed a 2,300-square-foot renewal at the property.
• Service One signed a 3,962-square-foot expansion and renewal at Longwood Business Center, an office/warehouse building located at 705-765 West State Route 434 in Longwood, Florida. David Lundberg of CEP represented the tenant in the transaction, and DuPree and Jacobs represented Garrison Investment Group, the landlord.
• Valvoline signed a new 2,625-square-foot lease at Parkway Business Center, an industrial building at 556 Florida Central Parkway in Longwood. Randy Carballo of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction, and DuPree represented the landlord, Parkway Business Center LLC.
• Bayada Home Healthcare signed a 2,217-square-foot lease at Cascades Executive Center, an office building located at 1890 State Route 436 in Winter Park, Florida. Carleton Compton with Equity Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction, and DuPree and Jacobs represented the landlord, DHI Realty Holdings Inc.
DuPree, along with Joe Rossi of Lincoln, also recently represented GE Capital in the $550,000 sale of an 18,700-square-foot industrial building at 3718 Grissom Lane in Kissimmee, Florida. Darryl Dotherow with Realty Capital represented the buyer.
