Lincoln Employees Feed Atlanta’s Homeless

16 Jun 2015

IMG_8973On Saturday, June 13, members of Lincoln Property Company (LPC) volunteered with Feeding the Homeless Project, Inc. (FTHP), a non-denominational, faith-based non-profit organization that helps support homeless men and women in Atlanta. Eleven of LPC’s employees and family members gathered to serve breakfast to more than 175 homeless people on Edgewood Avenue. Since March of 2006, the organization has provided more than 24,000 hot meals in various locations within the inner city.

“We have been been a sponsor of FTHP for several years, and believe this organization is truly making a difference in the lives of Atlanta’s homeless,” said Tony Bartlett, senior vice president for Lincoln who oversees the Atlanta office. “We are proud to be able to support their efforts by contributing not only financially but by giving our time as well. As a company, we believe nothing is more important than giving back to your community.”
