Lincoln Gains Assignment to Manage The Forum in Buckhead

02 Feb 2017

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been awarded the property management assignment for The Forum at West Paces, a 220,000-square-foot, Class A office building located in Atlanta’s prestigious Buckhead submarket. Shane Froman led Lincoln’s efforts to secure the management agreement.

The nine-story building at 3290 Northside Parkway opened in 2001 and immediately became a destination office for wealth managers, corporations, medical companies, financial institutions and attorneys because of its proximity to I-75 and some of Atlanta’s most sought-after executive neighborhoods. It is part of a master-planned development that also includes luxury condominiums and apartments, destination dining and boutique retail.

“This is a premier property because it is strategically positioned within an elite development at the center of several exclusive neighborhoods that are home to CEOs and business owners, as well as the region’s most exclusive public schools,” Froman said.

The Forum, which features a stucco and granite exterior with bronze-tinted windows, is currently 96 percent leased. Froman said that is due, in part, to The Forum being within minutes of a diverse amenity base that includes the onsite, chef-driven restaurant Local Three, two of Atlanta’s best-known business eateries, Houston’s and OK Café, the St. Regis hotel, shopping at Buckhead Atlanta, and Cherokee Town & Country Club.
