Lincoln Property Company Southeast has helped Atlanta-based Printpack Inc. complete early terminations of leases for two Farmingdale, N.Y., warehouses.
Printpack, which produces packaging for products ranging from potato chips to medical devices, was able to vacate the adjacent warehouses – one of which is 76,000 square feet and the other 30,000 square feet – at a significant savings over the remaining lease obligation. The firm, which has decided to leave the Farmingdale market, had about two years remaining on each lease.
Lincoln also helped the landlord of the larger warehouse secure a replacement tenant.
“We are pleased to have created savings for our client and equally gratified we were able to create a ‘win-win’ for both Printpack and the current landlords,” said Denton Shamburger, vice president at Lincoln. “This is a good example of the many ways that we can bring value to our corporate clients.”
