Lincoln Leases Orlando Office Building to Capacity

ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 24, 2011) – Lincoln Property Company Vice President Jay Dixon recently secured two leases at Baldwin Park Building III, bringing the building to 100-percent leased.

Baldwin Park Building IIIIMG Worldwide, a global sports, fashion and media business signed a six-year lease in the building for 2,367 square feet. Jamie Barati and Todd Davis with Colliers International represented the tenant.

The Johnston Law Firm, a boutique law firm focused on family law and dependency, signed a 65-month lease for 1,850 square feet. Mike Havens from Golf Park Properties represented the tenant.

Located at 4798 New Broad Street, Baldwin Park Building III is a three-story 45,000-square-foot Class A office building minutes from downtown Orlando. Lincoln built Baldwin Park Building III in 2008 and leased 92 percent of the building before selling the property in 2010. Lincoln retained the building’s leasing and just leased the final vacancies.
