Lincoln-Managed 55 Allen Plaza Wins TOBY Award
55 Allen Plaza has been awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in the 250,000- to 499,999-square-foot category from The Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia (BOMA Georgia). The award was presented during the 2016 TOBY & Association Awards Banquet on Feb. 10. Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) manages the building.

The TOBY Award, which recognizes building quality and management excellence, is considered the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. Tenant-relations programs, community involvement, emergency preparedness, security standards, and continuing education for building personnel are all evaluated. The building’s floor plans and site plans are also reviewed.
55 Allen Plaza is a LEED Gold-certified, 348,658-square-foot Class-A office building and part of the Allen Plaza mixed-used development. In addition to easy access of the city’s intown markets, the building is surrounded by amenities including restaurants, the W-Atlanta Downtown Hotel & Residences, growing retail, and Centennial Olympic Park. In 2013, 55 Allen Plaza was designated as a BOMA 360 Performance Building for high standards in building operations and management.
