Lincoln Officially Welcomes Latham to One Eleven

23 Jun 2011

A few weeks ago, Latham, Shuker, Eden and Beaudine, LLP hosted an open house to show clients and friends its new office space in 111 North Magnolia Ave. in Orlando, Fla. Lincoln Property Company manages and leases One Eleven and couldn’t be more excited to welcome Latham as the building’s new anchor tenant. You can take a virtual tour of the firm’s beautiful 17,500-square-foot home on the 14th floor.

One ElevenBack in February, we shared the story of how Latham became One Eleven’s new anchor tenant. Back in 2009, the building’s then namesake tenant, Dynetech, was struggling. Dynetech’s parent company, Telligenix, filed for bankruptcy protection and a month later, the company requested the court allow Dynetech to reject the multi-floor lease in the building. With Dynetech out of the building by January 2010, Lincoln Property Company developed a game plan to rebrand the building and identified potential tenants with leases expiring.  These tenants included Telligenix’s bankruptcy counsel, Latham, Shuker, Eden and Beaudine, LLP. Latham signed a lease for the space in November 2010 and moved into One Eleven at the end of April.

Although the anchor tenant space is filled, there are still leasing opportunities available in One Eleven. These include a new 1,826-square-foot lobby space that is ideal for an amenity or retail tenant. Please feel free to contact Jay Dixon at jdixon@lpc.com or 407.872.3500 for more information.
