Lincoln Promotes Staff Members as the Company Grows

Lincoln Property Company has promoted four people into new management positions. Jessie Belcher, Amanda Morrison and Neschune Henry have been promoted to Senior Property Manager positions. Jessica Ericson has been promoted to Property Manager.

“As Lincoln continues to grow, we continually review our management teams to make sure we are aligned with the needs of our clients and properties and to ensure growth and exciting new challenges for our team members,” said Shane Froman, vice president of management services . “We are confident that these four team members will exceed expectations and help to lead Lincoln to even greater success.”

 

Belcher has been promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager and will be leading the focus on the TerraCap and Emory portfolios. Henry has been promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager and will continue to have oversight of Midtown Plaza and 1372 Peachtree. In addition, Neschune will have oversight of 55 Allen Plaza and focus on TRSI. Amanda Morrison has been promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager and will take on oversight of 730 Peachtree in Midtown.
