The Forum holds E-Waste recycling drive
Staff and tenants at The Forum had the opportunity to reduce the flow of e-waste (obsolete or non-functioning electronics) by participating in an electronics recycling drive in April. Hardware from batters to printers and everything in between were collected for recycling by eWaste ePlanet.
1117 Perimeter Center West
Lincoln Property Company Southeast-managed 1117 Perimeter Center West has partnered with MARTA to assist with parking during the reconstruction of the section of I-85 that collapsed last month. MARTA users are being allowed to use the third level of the parking deck for overflow when the North Springs and Sandy Springs stations fill up in the mornings.
Tenants celebrate security officer on his 50th birthday
Serge Fils-Aime, a well-known and respected security officer at Park Central was honored this month by tenants and Lincoln staff to celebrate his 50th birthday. He has been an officer on site for eight years and knows most of the tenants by name. Everyone sang “Happy Birthday” to him and enjoyed cake to show appreciate to him for his service and friendship.
Holiday fun for tenants enlivens April
Tenants at two Lincoln-managed buildings Park Central and 1117 Perimeter Center West enjoyed some fun holiday diversions during the Easter season as managers offered up egg hunts, and a contest to guess the number of jellybeans in a container.
