Lincoln Property Company Brokers Leases by Veeam, Crowne Office Suites and MFG.com in Metro Atlanta

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered three office leases totaling nearly 84,000 square feet in metro Atlanta.

The details of the deals are below:

• MFG.com, which oversees an online marketplace for the manufacturing community, signed a new lease for 9,277 square feet at 1165 Northchase Parkway, a four-story office building in the Northchase Office Park in Atlanta.

Hunter Henritze, a vice president of office leasing for Lincoln, and Jeff Henson, a senior associate in the firm’s Office Leasing Group, represented the landlord in the transaction, while Allison Bittel of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

• Veeam Software extended and expanded its lease at Two Northwinds, a Class A office building at 2520 Northwinds Parkway in Alpharetta. The firm expanded its lease by 14,343 square feet and now occupies a total of 40,343 square feet.

Henritze and Michael Howell, also a vice president of office leasing for Lincoln, represented the landlord, and Ellen Stern of CBRE represented the tenant.

• Crowne Office Suites extended and expanded its lease at Lenox Center, an 11-story building at 3355 Lenox Road in Atlanta’s Buckhead sub-market. Crowne expanded its space by 10,000 square feet and now occupies a total of 34,000 square feet.

Henritze and Howell represented the landlord, and Buddy Shaw of Shaw & Associates represented the tenant.
