Lincoln Property Company Completes Long-Term Lease to Expanding Lodging Access Manufacturer at SunTech Commerce Park

Lincoln Property Company Southeast completed a new long-term lease for 4,430 square feet at the SunTech Commerce Park, 55 Skyline Drive, Lake Mary.

Sean DuPree CCIM, on behalf owner RCS-SunTech, LLC of Louisville, CO, said long-term Tenant Lodging Access Systems LLC d/b/a RFID Hotel leased the adjacent suite to its existing 6,606 square foot suite to expand its occupancy to a total of 11,036 square feet at SunTech.

Based in Apopka, RFID Hotel manufactures key cards, wristbands and key fobs for hotels.

SunTech Commerce Park is a six building, 224,359 square foot campus in Lake Mary’s high-tech corridor.
