Lincoln Property Company Negotiates Multi-Year Lease at Heritage Business Centre

Lincoln Property Company Southeast recently negotiated a long-term lease at Heritage Business Centre, 705 West SR 434 in Longwood.

Sean DuPree, CCIM, Director at Lincoln Property, negotiated the lease for 2,265 square feet of professional office space on behalf of the new tenant, Pro-Staff Termite & Pest Control, LLC.
