Lincoln Property Company Southeast Adds New Senior Leasing Associate and Junior Analyst
Lincoln Property Company Southeast has hired Caroline Cole as senior leasing associate and Katherine Townsend as junior analyst. Both are in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Cole works closely with Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze, co-leaders of Lincoln’s office leasing platform, in sourcing and strategic execution of third-party office leasing assignments. Lincoln’s office portfolio consists of approximately 9 million square feet throughout every major submarket of metro Atlanta.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Cole worked in the institutional equity sales group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where she was responsible for corporate access, focusing specifically on the New York, West Coast, Mid-Atlantic, and Canadian markets.
Originally from Carrollton, Georgia, Cole received her BBA in Finance from Auburn University.
Townsend assists the director of investment analytics with the maintenance of Lincoln’s commercial databases and in the generation of research products. Before joining Lincoln, she was a research assistant on the international economic database of the Robinson Country Intelligence Index at World Affairs Council of Atlanta.
Townsend also is a Georgia native, growing up near Warner Robins. She currently attends Oglethorpe University, where she will attain a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and in Philosophy.
“Caroline and Katherine are smart, hardworking, and strong additions to our team,” said Tony Bartlett, a senior vice president for Lincoln who oversees the firm’s Atlanta office. “Caroline brings another talented, experienced hand to our office leasing efforts. Katherine will strengthen our already robust analytics capabilities.”
