Lincoln Property Company Southeast Announces Sale of Office/Warehouse Building in Doraville
Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced the sale of 3595 McCall Place, a 23,074-square-foot office/warehouse located in Doraville, Georgia. Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the seller, Jean Mori of Mori Luggage and Gifts. Jack Haden of NAI represented the buyer, Pineapple House Interior Design.
Pineapple House, a full-service interior design firm, purchased 3595 McCall Place from Jean Mori, who constructed the building in 1993 and used the facility as his company’s headquarters. Mori Luggage and Gifts, a family-based retail chain founded in Atlanta in 1971, was recently purchased by national retailer Bergman Luggage.
“Located just northeast of Atlanta, Doraville is the perfect location for a corporate headquarters for Pineapple House, which continues to expand its interior design and build services in Atlanta and South Florida,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “The building offers a great mix of office and warehouse space and presented an excellent opportunity for this buyer.”
The building, situated on 1.82 acres of a heavily landscaped business park setting, offers easy access to I-85 and I-285, and includes 4 dock-high doors, 22’ clear height, outside storage and expansion land.
