Lincoln Property Company Southeast Announces the Completion of Renovations at Peachtree Corners Office Building
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) today announced the completion of renovations at Jefferson Plaza in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Matt Davis and Matt Fergus of Lincoln oversee the leasing of the property.
Renovations to the seven-story, 117,625-square-foot office building kicked off last September. The upgrades introduce a more modern look and feel to the main lobby and restrooms. The updated lobby includes wood louvered ceilings, stone clad walls with modular art panels, new mosaic tile floor and decorative lighting and wall finishes throughout. The renovated restrooms include new wall and floor tile, new partitions and stone countertops with lighted mirrors. In addition to the recently renovated lobby and restrooms, the building also offers a brand-new, high-end 4,105-square-foot spec suite.
“Capital improvements and lobby renovations further position Jefferson Plaza as a contemporary and energized workplace for current and future tenants,” said Lincoln’s Davis. “Peachtree Corners is an active, family-oriented city that offers affordable living, high-quality schools, excellent amenities and an educated work force, and it continues to attract a dynamic mix of employers.”
This announcement comes on the heels of two new leases at the building, including:
- Edward Jones signed a new lease for 1,015-square-feet. Jim Barber of M3 Millennium Companies represented the tenant.
- Elite Trainers signed a new lease for 2,537-square-feet. Don Travis of Travis and Associates represented the tenant.
Jefferson Plaza features a grab-n-go food service, conference facility, four parking spaces per 1,000 square feet and on-site management. The office building offers efficient floor plans with options ranging from 813 square feet to 17,357 square feet, or a full floor opportunity. Peachtree Corners’ amenity-rich base provides tenants with a variety of retail, restaurants and hotels in the area, including the Forum, an upscale outdoor shopping center.
