Lincoln Property Company Southeast Announces Winners of March Madness Contests

UConn may have just won the national championship, but bracket contests in the Atlanta and Orlando offices of Lincoln Property Company Southeast have produced their own winners.

For the fourth straight year, each office held a bracket contest, open to leasing agents in their respective markets, to see who could most accurately forecast the winners of the NCAA Tournament games.

Wes Vaughan of Cresa came in first in the Atlanta contest and received a prize of $500. Bill Kilborn of CBRE and Ryanne Pennington of Jones Lang LaSalle came in second and third, respectively; Kilborn won $250, and Pennington took home $100.

In the Orlando contest, Micah Strader of CBRE claimed first place and received $1,000. Craig Castor of Cresa Orlando and Nick Poole of Jones Lang LaSalle came in second and third, respectively. Castor received a 50-inch LED television, and Poole won two tee times at the Shingle Creek Golf Club.

The Orlando office also held a bracket contest for Tallahassee-area brokers. Jim Taube, John McNeill and Jep Dove came in first, second and third, respectively; all are with NAI Talcor. The prizes were $500, $200 and $100.
