26 May 2019

Lincoln Property Company Southeast today announced the sale of 1121 Alderman Drive, a 28,800-square-foot office building located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Chip Sipple and Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the seller, Harcon Forming.

Chemence, a global manufacturer of adhesives, purchased the building and will occupy it. With offices near Atlanta and London, along with sales offices and manufacturing locations around the world, Chemence operates across numerous industries including medical, consumer, industrial, cosmetics and graphics.

“Alpharetta’s booming office market boasts a number of high-quality amenities and one of the lowest vacancy rates in Metro Atlanta,”said Lincoln’s Henson. “1121 Alderman offers a highly equipped, well-connected and professional setting that will be a great fit for a large corporate user like Chemence.”

Offering easy access to SR 400 and Windward Parkway, the recently renovated office building at 1121 Alderman Drive sits on 2.72 acres in Windward Business Center, a well-established business park in Alpharetta surrounded by a growing amenity base.
