Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has arranged the sale of 1765 The Exchange, a 90,677-square-foot, five-story Class B office building within the heart of the Cumberland submarket of Atlanta. Lincoln’s Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney represented the seller, Capridge Partners.
