Lincoln Property Company Southeast Awarded Property Management and Leasing Assignment for Northridge Plaza

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been awarded the property management and leasing assignment for Northridge Plaza, a six-story office building located in the Central Perimeter submarket. Lincoln’s Vice President of Management Services Shane Froman will oversee the property management team, which will be led by Senior Portfolio Manager Tom Laverty. Leasing will be overseen by Vice President Matt Davis and Leasing Associate Matt Fergus.

One of the most visible and accessible buildings in the North Fulton submarket, Northridge Plaza is a 128,055-square-foot office building located at the intersection of Georgia 400 and Northridge Road. The Class-A office building is LEED Gold certified, Energy Star certified and utilizes rooftop solar panels to provide additional energy savings. Tenants will soon have access to a new fitness studio in 2019.
