Lincoln Property Company Southeast Breaks Ground on Fourth Distribution Center at Airport-West

16 Jun 2018

Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced it has broken ground on a fourth building at Airport-West Distribution Center.

Construction has kicked off at Building 400, a 108,202 square-foot distribution center in which approximately 88,000 square feet is pre-leased to Pitney Bowes Presort Services, Inc. The mail sorting and distribution service will move from its current location in Building 100 at Airport-West to the new building upon completion. Chick-fil-A, which is already occupying over 330,000 square feet at the project, will fill the space currently occupied by Pitney Bowes.

Approximately 88,000 square feet at Airport West Distribution Center’s Building 400 is released to Pitney Bowes Presort Services Inc., a mail sorting and distribution services company.

“With immediate access to I-285, close proximity to the airport and many corporate neighbors, Airport-West continues to be a preferred location,” said Lincoln Vice President Denton Shamburger. “This new facility will provide the efficiency desired for Pitney Bowes to expand its operations in Atlanta and deliver greater value to its customers.”

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has led land acquisition, development, leasing/marketing and disposition for Airport-West Distribution Center. With the addition of Building 400, the total four-building project will encompass a total of 507,000 square feet.

The project is scheduled for completion in November 2018.
