Lincoln Property Company Southeast Buildings Earn Recognition for Management Excellence
Four Atlanta office buildings managed by Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln), this week earned recognition for excellence in management and conservation practices.
One Midtown Plaza, Two Midtown Plaza and 55 Allen office buildings were named top performers in the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge, recognizing efficiency in use of power and water. The achievement will be celebrated at an awards event July 12. The Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge is a program of the non-profit green building education and advocacy organization Southface.
Also, Lincoln-managed The Forum at West Paces office building has achieved the coveted 360 Performance Building certification from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
The BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluates properties in six major areas: building operations and management; life safety/security/risk management; training and education of building personnel; energy management; environmental/sustainability performance; and tenant relations and community involvement. Earlier this year, The Forum earned Energy Star certification from the federal government, recognizing excellence in energy management.
“We’re grateful to be recognized by these organizations because it validates the work our staff is doing every day to provide best-in-class service to our property-owner clients and their tenants,” said Lincoln’s Shane Froman, vice president of management services. “Our clients are committed to providing value to their tenants through great building operations, and our staff is delivering for them.”
