Lincoln Property Company Southeast Closes Two Office Building Sales in Norcross, GA
Lincoln Property Company Southeast has arranged two office building sales in the Norcross / Peachtree Corners submarket of Atlanta. Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the seller in both transactions, totaling nearly $10 million.

180 Technology Parkway was purchased for $4,685,000 by American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc., a global society focused on building systems, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, refrigeration and sustainability within the industry. Gannon Shepherd with JLL and Ward Entrekin with Major & Arroll represented the buyer.
3100 Avalon was purchased for $5,000,000 by the City of David Atlanta. The City Of David Atlanta is a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, North America.

“Norcross has seen rapid job and population growth in the past few years, making it a great location for corporate headquarters and presenting an outstanding opportunity for the buyers in these transactions,” said Lincoln’s Henson.
Located on a 10.91-acre coporate campus, 180 Technology Parkway is a 66,870-square-foot, three-story office building surrounded by extensive landscaping in a lush park setting, enhanced by lake views, a picnic area and walking trails. It also offers prominent monument signage, ample surface parking and functional floor plans with a mix of private offices, open work area and training rooms.
