Lincoln Property Company Southeast Completes Multiple Leases at SunTech Commerce Park

Lincoln Property Company Southeast completed two long-term lease agreements totaling more than 9,308 rentable square feet at Lake Mary’s SunTech Commerce Park.  Sean DuPree, CCIM, negotiated both transactions representing the landlord.

Terminix International Company Limited Partnership leased 5,971 square feet of office/flex space at 55 Skyline Drive, suite 2600, expanding their regional operations.  They are the leading US provider of residential and commercial pest control.

The new tenant at 41 Skyline Drive, suite 1017, is Nectars Pet, Inc., an expanding pet food distributor who leased 3,337 square feet.

SunTech Commerce Park is a six building, office/flex campus-style business park with a total of 224,359 square feet.  Conveniently located just off I-4, the park is close to upscale residential communities, restaurants, hotels, shopping and services.
