Lincoln Property Company Southeast Earns Leasing Assignment at Peachtree Corners Office Building Acquired by Redline Property Partners
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has won the leasing assignment for a building newly acquired by Redline Property Partners in the Peachtree Corners submarket of Atlanta. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and Matt Fergus will lead leasing at 2 Sun Court.
The 4-story office building is the first Atlanta investment for Redline Property Partners, which plans significant capital improvements and to implement its tailored “concierge style,” management platform. In order to deliver the best service possible, Redline has engaged with Grover Corlew to perform the on-site property management.
“Redline Property Partners is a first-class owner and manager. I know that existing tenants will really like and benefit from the changes that are coming,” said Lincoln’s Davis. “The improvements, along with a great location, an overabundance of parking and Redline’s high touch management style will make 2 Sun Court attractive and valuable to all tenants.”
The building is centrally located with direct access to major transportation arteries, allowing companies to attract talent from throughout the metro area. The location offers superior accessibility, visibility, ample parking, as well as proximity to retail and dining. Redline President Andrew Webb said improvements at 2 Sun Court will include development of excess land into additional amenity space and a full cosmetic renovation of the building’s common areas.
“We are excited to invest in a market that continues to benefit from employment growth and long-term opportunities created by the expanding economy. This transaction signifies our continuing commitment to investing in Atlanta and the Southeast markets,” Webb said. “Redline’s trademark hands-on approach enables us to provide tenants with immediate, positive changes. The value-enhancement potential of 2 Sun Court is an excellent fit with our strategic investment platform.”
