Lincoln Property Company Southeast Inks New Leases at Bailey Park in Kennesaw

Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced that it has secured several new leases and an extension at Bailey Park, a five-building office/flex park in Kennesaw, Ga. Matt Davis and Jeff Henson at Lincoln represented the landlord, TerraCap Management.

New leases were closed with:

 

•       Sleepmed for 12,969 square feet. Glenn Rhuda of Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
•       US Mortgage Corp. for 5,867 square feet. Glenn Drake of Drake Realty Inc. represented the tenant.
•       Watts Water for 4,832 square feet. Bart Brown of Cone Middour represented the tenant.

 

Additionally, a lease extension was secured with Arcadis for 3,192 square feet. Matt Anderson of JLL represented the tenant.
