Lincoln Property Company Southeast Marketing Upgraded Former Corporate Headquarters in Cumberland-Galleria Submarket
Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been hired to market a corporate headquarters facility in the robust Cumberland-Galleria submarket of Atlanta. Lincoln’s Jeff Henson represents the owner CNCC Holdings.
The four-story, 67,653 square-foot building was originally built for Hewlett Packard and later served as corporate headquarters for staffing giant Randstad Corp. Lincoln’s Henson said the building is available for lease or sale.
The facility has recently undergone a $1.4 million renovation, which includes all brand new mechanicals, new havac, roof, elevator and more. The above standard power and fiber optic data wiring running to the building, coupled with a state-of-the-art data center and two on-site generators makes this an ideal hub for a growing technology company, Henson said.
“With the recent extensive renovations, heavy fiber and prime location, 2015 South Park Place is a perfect facility for company headquarters,” said Lincoln’s Jeff Henson. “There has been so much growth in this area recently, making this prime facility extremely desirable for tenants looking to lease or buy in this submarket.”
Located within one of metro Atlanta’s busiest suburban markets, 2015 South Park is situated near 30 million square feet of office and retail developments and only minutes from SunTrust Park and The Battery. The building offers a mixture of office spaces featuring interior upgrades.
